I work in mortgage lending as a licensed mortgage loan originator with Qualified Home Loans. I help buyers understand their financing options, estimated monthly costs, and cash needed to close before they make an offer. For sellers, that lending experience helps me explain how financing terms, seller credits, appraisal contingencies, and closing timelines can affect the offers they receive.

Hands-on experience as a landlord and property manager

I’m a landlord and property manager, and I own Casa de Coachella, a short-term rental in the Coachella Valley. Managing property gives me firsthand experience with maintenance, turnovers, and operating costs.

For buyers, I can help you look beyond the listing photos to consider upkeep, near-term repairs, and how the property fits your plans. If you’re buying a rental, my landlord experience helps you estimate what you might keep after expenses. We can review expected rent, vacancy, maintenance reserves, and turnover costs, along with the time or cost of managing the property.

For sellers, I can help you prioritize repairs and prep before listing, explain features that matter to buyers, and present a rental’s income and expenses clearly. For a tenant-occupied sale, I can help you organize available leases and rental records and plan showings with the tenants’ schedules in mind.
